What Did YOU Look Like One Year Ago?
Is It Kind Of How You Look Now?
If so, don't be embarrassed.

I hear this story over and over again from the thousands of people I've trained...

You spend countless hours at the gym. But it feels like you should have more muscle to show for it.

If this sounds like you, don't worry.

I've been there.

That was me on the left, a fulltime math teacher and father of 2, not too long ago.

I looked the same every year...until I found out the recipe to success.

I'll teach you how to get off the hamster wheel and FINALLY start making gains.......

Have You Heard The "Big Muscle Myth"?
"Just Lift Heavy Weights to Build Muscle, Bro!"
When I first started training, I did what "everyone" told me to do: lift heavy weights!

And so I did...for years I religiously squatted and deadlifted.

But, after all of that, I never truly achieved the "look" I wanted.

To make matters worse, doing these exercises day-in-day-out took its toll.

Sometimes I would be too sore to run around with my two kids.

I wanted to put on muscle...
but after "bulking" for a year,
I only felt fatter.
Take a really close look at these two pictures.

By the time the first picture was snapped, I had spent years slaving away under the bar, battling for 5 pound increases.

And I was no weakling, either.

I was deadlifting 400, squatting 250, and bench pressing 250 as well.

But I was really excited, because I was finally done losing weight, and it was time to bulk!

So, I upped my calories and started lifting harder than ever before.

In a year, my "Big 3 Total" shot through the roof!

By the time the second picture was snapped, I was deadlifting 500 pounds, squatting 330 pounds, and bench pressing 300 pounds!

But I didn't really look all that muscular.

I looked a bit more like a lumberjack, sure.

But that's not what I was going for.

Then I had an epiphany.

You see, being a full-time math teacher, I've had some very bright kids not get the results they want.

"Do your homework and put in the time to understand it. Then things will fall into place," I'd often say.

I wasn't taking the time to do my own homework.

And my results were suffering.

(As were my joints--squatting is a bit different for a 6'8" guy who's no longer a spring chicken.)

So, I finally devoted time to my homework...learning not JUST how to build muscle--but the secrets to building muscle for the body I want.
What does it take to build an impressive physique?
There are 3 factors to pure muscular growth:
✔️ Mechanical Tension
(Keeping tension on the muscle through the full range of motion.)
✔️ Metabolic Stress
(Repeated muscular contractions, which create "the pump".)
✔️ Muscular Damage
("Doing more" over time, which increases training volume.)
Armed with this knowledge, I adjusted my own training parameters to reflect these discoveries.

When training specifically to maximize these 3 factors and the No Squats. No Deadlifts. Huge Gains. protocol was born...

........and my physique promptly exploded:

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is "No Squats. No Deadlifts. Huge Gains."?
A: This is an upper body, muscle building program specifically designed to help those who lift weights a lot, but haven't gotten the results they're after.
Q: What kind of equipment do you need?
A: The program is gym-based. You will be using barbells, dumbbells, and machines.
Q: Do you completely neglect legs? I don't want to get "chicken legs".
A: No, your legs aren't neglected - they are put on maintenance. You will still be working them out in order to maintain the muscle you have in them. But our focus will be on 100% upper body muscular growth.
Q: How many days per week and how long are the workouts?
A: This is a 5-day per week program. The workouts take around an hour to complete.
Q: Are you sure I will be able to recover from such high volume when training?
A: While the training volume is high, recovery will not be an issue. Deadlifts and squats are the most taxing lifts to your central nervous system. With those gone, you will be able to train with more frequency and have a faster rate of muscular growth.
Q: I still have weight to lose. Is this program for me?
A: No Squats. No Deadlifts. Huge Gains. is meant to be a "bulking" program where you would eat at maintenance, at the minimum. However, many people have used it while in a slight deficit and have achieved incredible results.
Q: Can you really gain muscle without squats or deadlifts? Is this for real?
A: Frankly.........yes!

It's a huge fitness myth that you "must" squat and deadlift to gain muscle. Your muscles don't know if you've squatted or deadlifted - all they know is if you have worked them adequately enough to make them grow.

We are going to give you the exact parameters and guidelines necessary in order to get that growth response you're looking for.

Just make sure you save a few bucks for some bigger sleeves - you're gonna need 'em.

The Choice Is Yours...
My friend, I have been in your shoes.

I have poured my efforts into increasing my "Big 3" total, using bulking and cutting cycles to increase my muscle mass.

I know what it's like to stare at a barbell on the floor, loaded up with an ungodly amount of weight, and question your sanity.

I know how it feels to get underneath a barbell and wonder if you're going to get pinned and crush your lower back in the process.

And I know how upsetting it is to do this day after day.....

And week after week.......

And even month after month.........

And to look in the mirror, and see little, if any, muscle gain.

It's depressing. Demoralizing.

And totally unnecessary.

If you've been doing "what everyone tells you to do" and you have nothing to show for it..........

It's time to drop the "same old, same old"........

And start on a path to a whole, new you.

Come join The Dark Side....

And drop those squats and deadlifts.....

And start looking like you actually lift.
